Events – General Information

How do I book tickets to Faith & Friendship events?
All tickets are sold via Eventbrite. Each event on our website links directly to its Eventbrite listing.

Are your events faith-based?
Yes. Faith & Friendship events are rooted in Christian faith and centred on community, encouragement, and meaningful connection.

Do I need to come with friends?
Not at all. Many women attend on their own and are warmly welcomed.

What age group are your events for?
Our community is strictly for women. Typically events are for women 18+ but please check the specific event page on Eventbrite. We typically have women join us between the ages of 18 -50, however

Are event tickets refundable?
Refunds, cancellations, and ticket transfers are governed by Eventbrite’s terms and the refund policy shown on each individual event listing.

Will photos or videos be taken at events?
Yes, photography and video will take place at our events to share moments from the community. If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of the team on the day or send us a message beforehand.

Orders, Greeting Cards & Merchandise

How much do your greeting cards cost?
All greeting cards are priced at £5.00, with free UK delivery included.

Do you offer multi-buy discounts on cards?
Yes. You can mix and match any 3 greeting cards for £12.

What is included in free delivery?
Free UK standard delivery is included on all greeting cards and merchandise.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Once dispatched:

Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days

Tracked delivery (used for hoodies ) usually takes 1–3 working days

Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes. Hoodies are sent using a tracked delivery service.
Greeting cards are sent via standard Royal Mail delivery.

Can I return an item?

Greeting cards and items purchased at events are non-returnable unless faulty. For items purchased online, refer to our refund policy.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
