We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

Greeting cards and low-value items are sent via standard Royal Mail delivery

Hoodies and higher-value items are sent using a tracked delivery service

Where tracking applies, customers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.

During busy periods or around events, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Where this applies, we will always aim to keep customers informed.

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch:

Standard delivery: typically 2–5 working days

Tracked delivery: typically 1–3 working days
