Returns & Refunds Policy

At Faith & Friendship, we take great care in creating products with intention, quality, and purpose. Please read the information below carefully before making a purchase.

1. Greeting Cards

Due to the nature of printed products, all greeting card sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on greeting cards unless the item arrives:

  • Damaged, or

  • Faulty due to a printing or production error

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Merchandise (including hoodies and apparel)

We accept returns on unused and unworn merchandise provided that:

  • You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items are returned in their original condition and packaging

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method

3. Purchases Made at Events

All items purchased at Faith & Friendship events are final sale and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

This applies to:

  • Items purchased at events

  • Pre-orders placed at events

If an item is faulty, please speak to a member of the team on the day where possible, or contact us within 7 days of the event with details of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Event Tickets & Event-Related Purchases

All Faith & Friendship events are listed and sold via Eventbrite.

Refunds, cancellations and ticket transfers are governed by Eventbrite’s Terms and Conditions and the specific refund policy shown on each individual event listing at the time of purchase.

Please review the refund details carefully on Eventbrite before completing your booking as these may vary depending on the event.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A faulty item

The wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos where relevant

We will resolve this as quickly as possible either through a replacement or refund where appropriate

6. Klarna & Third-Party Payments

If you paid using Klarna or another third-party payment provider:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method

Once a refund is confirmed, Klarna (or the relevant provider) will update your payment schedule in line with their own terms and processes.
