This does not guarantee acceptance — we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control
Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered to the provided address

7. Returns & Refunds
Physical Products (Hoodies and apparel)
You have the right to return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- You must contact us before returning any item
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
